Hello, I’m Jordan

At first, I found my yoga practice at home, afraid of not being “good enough” to practice at a studio, overtime yoga helped me eliminate that self-limiting belief to find more balance in life; little did I know the healing powers of yoga would change my life forever, especially when I connected with my local Yoga community. Using Yoga, sound healing, and Pranayama (breathwork) to create calm in the nervous system, I reduced anxiety and depression in my own life on and off the mat. It would be an honor to share what I have learned with you. My goal is to help heal others with yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. I strive to make my workshops and classes a mindful, moving meditation for beginners and the seasoned practitioner. Truly, I admire the union of mind, body, and spirit that yoga brings to life. When I am not on the mat, you can find me cooking, gardening, birding and, traveling. Most of all, I enjoy spending time sharing my light and love with others.
