What is a YogaBreak?
YogaBreaks are designed to create an opportunity for you to take a short break during your busy work day and reconnect with your breath and your body.
We all get stressed and anxious throughout the day - especially if you work from home or at a desk all day.
Take this time to create your Yoga Space
These are short classes (35-40) minutes that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day.
What to expect:
At 11am we will start by dedicating the first ten minutes to preparation; unrolling your mat, calming your mind and finding your breath.
Yoga will start at 11:11am.
At 11:35am we seal our practice. You may disconnect at any time.
From 11:35-12:00 you can stay on and I will address any questions or concerns you may have via chat.
We will wrap up the YogaBreak live at 12pm.
What to bring:
Water and yourself.
Optional: Yoga mat, Yoga block, Yoga strap, Towel/Blanket.
