Born and raised in the state of Colorado, Jordan moved to Washington to find adventure. She first found her yoga practice at home, to help find a balance in life, little did she know the healing powers of yoga would change her life forever. Using yoga breath work to create a calm in the nervous system, on and off the mat, she has reduced anxiety and depression in her own life. Her main goal is to help heal others with yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Jordan strives to make her class a mindful, moving meditation for beginners and the seasoned yogi. Jordan truly admires the union of mind, body and spirit that yoga brings to life. When she is not on the mat, Jordan enjoys cooking, gardening, and traveling. Most of all Jordan enjoys spending time with the people she loves.
