The program is divided into three sections: 1) Conference Section; 2) Petra Section; 3) Desert Section. Participants can choose whether they want to attend only the Conference, the Conference plus Petra, or the Conference plus Petra plus the Desert.

Note: Final Date for Full Payment is August 1st , 2007.
Cancellations prior to the start of the program will receive a 75% refund minus bank transfer charges. Only in very exceptional cases can there be a refund once the tour has started. In such case the refund will be 50% of the daily rate, minus 25% of the overall fee (considered as deposit). This is normal practice with any organized tour. What qualifies as an exceptional case is completely up to the discretion of the organizers.
